Our automatic powder coat line is designed to accommodate large volume production.
It is designed as a looped conveyor system. Racked parts move into a spray booth, where powder is applied via automatic spray heads as the parts pass through. The parts continue through an infrared preheat, then an infrared cure oven. After completing the cycle, the parts are removed and packaged for shipment.read more »
Our batch service allows us to powder coat items from an individual part to multiple parts. With one of the largest cure ovens in the area, this system is ideal for motorcycle parts, vintage car restoration, metal furniture refurbishing, hand rails, gates or just about anything that can be powder coated.
A hand-held gun is used to apply powder to the part (or parts) while hanging on racks. Those racks are then placed on a rolling master rack and moved from the powder booth to the cure oven. Color changes can be done in a matter of minutes and almost any color can be achieved.read more »
